Responsibilities - Translate abstract business needs into actionable, prioritized requirements by conducting end-to-end discovery and ensuring both the impact and outcomes of the project are documented. - Cultivate deep partnerships across the Global Operations ecosystem, specifically Global Customer Services, Global Customer Support Operations, and Onboarding & Compliance, to ensure project scalability and total operational readiness. - Drive project momentum by maintaining accountability for timelines and holding cross-functional partners to deadlines while adapting to shifting business capacity. - Identify and mitigate risks by serving as an "early warning system," mapping complex dependencies across Enterprise Technology and Global Operations to protect the critical path. - Generate high-signal, low-noise weekly status updates and maintain rigorous project documentation within Airtable to ensure long-term auditability and stakeholder alignment. - Coordinate launch synchronization between Enterprise Technology releases and Global Operations enablement, ensuring technical deliverables map perfectly to business-facing launch dates. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management within a fast-paced technology or operations environment. - Proven ability to translate complex technical constraints into business tradeoffs and communicate effectively with Engineering and Product teams. - Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including business requirements gathering (BRD), UAT coordination, and launch enablement. - Advanced experience using project management and tracking tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira, or Asana) to maintain high-integrity documentation. Requirements - Previous experience working closely with Global Operations functions such as Global Customer Services, Global Customer Support Operations, or Onboarding & Compliance. - PMP, or another program management certification. Location This role will be remote, and based in Colombia. Travel We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other.
