Role Description The Senior IT Project Manager is the contractor's primary delivery lead and day-to-day point of contact with the IRS Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Technical Point of Contact (TPOC). This person owns end-to-end execution of the task order schedule, scope, risk, resources, and deliverable quality across all subtasks, and leads both the transition-in and transition-out efforts.
