Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of progressive HR BP experience
- Experience supporting large-scale clients (500+ employees)
- Experience supporting hourly California-based employees and/or knowledge of California employment law preferred
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Proven ability to influence Director/ VP leaders
- Experience working in high-growth, global, or matrixed organizations preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
