• Conducts analysis of client technical requirements most notably in areas of software and database architecture, system performance, system administration, and reporting. • Prepares appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the information. • Analyzes technical requirements, evaluates existing application products, and recommends efficient, cost effective solutions which support client business processes and functional requirements. • Work directly with clients to collect information on new business needs and to diagnose and troubleshoot issues they are experiencing. • Troubleshoots complex multi-server, multi-application environments by leveraging varied technical skills (application, database, networks, Windows server, user interactions, architecture setups, etc.) and analyzing log files for trends and errors. • Makes clear recommendations for improvement of systems or correction of errors. • Documents technical requirements, workflow, and system specifications. • Applies technical and business knowledge to analyze client requirements and match them to system functionality. • Develops technical and systems specific knowledge on an on-going basis and keeps up to date with latest technology solutions and security protocols. • Ensures timely administration and entering time and expense reports in a timely manner. • Interacts with peers and managers to share knowledge, raise critical issues and suggest process improvements. • Manages and supports relationships and installed products at existing clients. Qualifications - 5+ years of Application Security, Cloud Security, or Security Architecture experience. - Strong experience with: - Secure application modernization and ASP.NET Core security - Authentication and authorization (OIDC, OAuth2, JWT, ASP.NET Core Identity) - AWS security services (IAM, Secrets Manager, Parameter Store, KMS, WAF, GuardDuty, CloudTrail) - Security logging, monitoring, and observability (CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, structured logging) - Secrets management, encryption, and least-privilege access controls - PHI/PII data protection and secure cloud architectures - Security reviews for application and database modernization projects - Knowledge of compliance frameworks including NIST 800-53, HIPAA, and state government security requirements. Requirements - AWS Certified Security – Specialty (preferred). - Experience supporting healthcare, Medicaid, HHS, or state government systems (preferred). - Experience with Aurora PostgreSQL security and cloud migration initiatives (preferred).

• Contribute to overall Workfront architecture and technical solution design • Own all Workfront configuration including objects, workflows, forms, permissions, templates, and reporting • Translate technical workbook requirements into scalable configuration • Assign and oversee Junior Consultant configuration tasks • Conduct QA on all Workfront configuration and related integrations • Partner with Fusion and AEM architects to ensure cross platform consistency • Document configuration decisions and foundational impacts • Support UAT defect resolution and go live readiness

• Perform triage duties to review claims identified by our predicative fraud tool to determine if an SIU investigation is warranted • Protect USAA and members from potential fraudulent claims by investigating questionable, suspect claims activity in compliance with state insurance fraud-related laws and regulations and policies and procedures • Applies knowledge and understanding of fraud schemes and investigation strategies on any questionable or suspect first or third part claims • Participates in the development of fraud prevention strategies • Collects evidence of potential fraud through field or remote interviews and thorough searches of investigative databases, internal resources, Internet resources, public records, and forensic tools • Make recommendations within defined authority guidelines • Prepares and presents detailed and comprehensive verbal and written investigative reports summarizing the results of the investigation and recommended outcome • Develops and maintains external relationships with industry, law enforcement and other contacts involved in fraud investigation, detection, and prevention • May serve as a resource team member on specific matters through demonstrated skill or training • Assists with the delivery of fraud awareness training initiatives in a defined environment
