• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing functional expertise and consultative guidance. • Lead discussions related to system functionality, business processes, and best practices within assigned domains. • Recommend solutions that align client requirements with industry standards and Strada methodologies. • Support client decision-making through thoughtful analysis, recommendations, and risk identification. • Lead functional implementation and support activities across the full project lifecycle, including: Discovery and requirements gathering, Solution design, Effort estimation, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, Post-production support. • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations. • Act as a subject matter expert within assigned functional areas. • Monitor legislative, regulatory, and compliance developments that impact supported solutions. • Provide functional expertise during sales pursuits, client presentations, and solution discussions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience implementing and/or supporting HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, or related HCM solutions.
- Experience leading client-facing projects and functional workstreams.
- Strong understanding of business process design, system configuration, testing, and deployment methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
