• Leading technical integration, deployment, and troubleshooting of ZTS services for enterprise customers. • Serving as a trusted advisor to customers, providing best practices and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues. • Documenting solutions, creating technical collateral, and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team. • Participating in customer training sessions to help drive product adoption and usability. • Participating in pre-sales activities as needed (e.g., technical workshops, POCs). • Traveling as required (<20%).
Job Requirements
- Possess a high school / Bachelor degree with 2+ of experience in web application security, network security, or IT security solutions.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and maintain expertise across these environments for seamless integration and functionality.
- Be well versed in internet fundamentals, DNS and routing, communication protocols such as HTTP or TCP
- Gain exposure to virtual private network and proxy technologies.
- Apply practical knowledge of networking concepts, including Layer 3 and Layer 4, to effectively address technical tasks and challenges.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Role Description The Senior Revenue Cycle Architect leads the design and delivery of end-to-end revenue cycle solutions for Professional Service clients. This role combines deep revenue cycle expertise with healthcare IT architecture and cross-functional leadership.
