• Responsible for implementing a strategy to execute coordinated marketing deployment across key accounts and regional markets • Conducts the planning and execution of promotional programs to support the overall CARVYKTI brand position in targeted markets • Ensures close coordination with commercial colleagues, key account management, market access, and alliance partners • Evaluates local marketing trends, field/customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market research to inform and guide strategies using both personal and non-personal channels • Monitoring local payer and employer dynamics, competitive landscape, referral patterns, and other factors influencing product and brand choice • Leveraging insights to create and refine sales assets and outreach approaches for academic and community oncology accounts • Collaborating closely with the marketing professional promotion team, external agencies, key internal stakeholders, and cross-functional groups • Developing and operationalizing channel strategies for CARVYKTI within oncology community practices • Building and cultivating long-term relationships with local KOLs to drive educational engagement

• Analyze, design, architect, and implement solutions that support Customers’ Digital Transformation journeys • Responsible for solving complex technical issues, establishing patterns and practices, and setting standards for the modernization of mainframe legacy environments • Help Customer and Systems Integrators design scalable, high availability application solutions • Work as a technical leader alongside customer business, development and infrastructure teams • Conduct proof of concept technology analysis and pilots • Conduct customer presentations and internal presentations/trainings to peer groups • Provide architectural guidance and recommendations necessary to promote successful Customer engagements worldwide • Technical content composition and delivery: blogs, whitepapers, technical presentations at major conferences

• Consult, Design, develop, test, configure, implement or tune Acxiom or third-party software • Perform research and troubleshooting on existing solutions to determine root cause analysis • Understand requirements to facilitate the design, development, test, or integration of programs and processes • Develop code / programs to facilitate the automation of multiple data products • Respond to client/stakeholder issues in a timely manner, prioritizing multiple issues • Utilize standard /Acxiom development methodologies to ensure solution and data integrity • Develop / execute unit test cases and tests software applications that fulfill functional specifications for clients • Document/interpret test results and correct application coding errors • Provides input on functional requirements and leads/presents in code review sessions
