Job Description

Technical Integration Engineer

Casechek

• Work with customer IT teams to design and implement integrations from EHR and ERP systems • Build, customize, and maintain integrations using Qvera, including JavaScript-based logic and transformations • Develop and maintain JavaScript code for data parsing, validation, transformation, and routing • Configure and support HL7, flat file, and API-based data feeds • Test integrations end-to-end and validate data accuracy and completeness • Troubleshoot integration failures and data quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes • Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and customer success teams during implementations • Document integration designs, mappings, and customer-specific configurations • Support ongoing enhancements and changes to live customer integrations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in integration engineering, implementation engineering, or a similar technical role
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, including writing and maintaining production code
  • Experience working with integration engines such as Qvera (preferred), Mirth, Rhapsody, or similar
  • Exposure to healthcare system integrations, including EHRs and HL7 messaging
  • Experience working directly with customer IT teams in a client-facing environment
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable managing multiple integrations in parallel
