• Consult, Design, develop, test, configure, implement or tune Acxiom or third-party software • Perform research and troubleshooting on existing solutions to determine root cause analysis • Understand requirements to facilitate the design, development, test, or integration of programs and processes • Develop code / programs to facilitate the automation of multiple data products • Respond to client/stakeholder issues in a timely manner, prioritizing multiple issues • Utilize standard /Acxiom development methodologies to ensure solution and data integrity • Develop / execute unit test cases and tests software applications that fulfill functional specifications for clients • Document/interpret test results and correct application coding errors • Provides input on functional requirements and leads/presents in code review sessions

• Communicate with the sales team on new business opportunities, translate client’s technical requirements to solution, drive the technical discussions, deliver custom demonstrations, and implement technical proofs-of-concept. • Conduct detailed financial & business discovery meetings to uncover customer business drivers and levers for success. • Prepare & deliver creative and effective technical presentation of MFG Financials products, manage POC and trial processes with clients. • Establish outstanding business relationships and partnerships with clients by demonstrating a high level of technical & financial expertise, understand performance characteristics and establish credibility with clients. • Influence target clients by presenting company products values and benefits and by demonstrating product architectures and assisting with cost evaluation and pricing issues. • Gather requirements and present to Product Development team. • 30-40% travel when applicable.

• Prepare for and conduct value driven software demos throughout the sales cycle. • Act as a subject matter resource in the sales process during engagement with prospects, customers, and channel partners. • Provide business expertise in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory planning within manufacturing, distribution, and aftermarket parts/MRO verticals. • Interpret complex forecasting and inventory planning problems and create simple solutions that address customer gaps. • Conduct Proof of Concepts with sales prospects using customer data to identify the financial impact our platform will deliver. • Work collaboratively across Epicor’s ERP and other application teams to support cross-disciplinary solutions for customers. • Qualify and respond to RFIs/RFPs. • Travel up to 20% of the time to meet with and demo to prospects, customers, and partners. • Develop internal sales curriculum and demo scripts to support the growth & enablement of Epicor’s solution engineering teams. • Develop and refine demo data sets and associated demo scripts. • Leverage BI and reporting engine to create dashboards and reports to support demonstrations and available out-of-the-box reports.

• Help advance new & innovative Data Streaming use-cases from conception to Go-Live • Execute on and lead Technical Proofs of Concept • Conduct Discovery & Whiteboard Sessions to develop new use-cases • Provide Thought Leadership by delivering Technical Talks and Workshops • Guide customers with hands-on help and best practice to drive operational maturity of their Confluent Deployment • Analyze Customer Consumption trends and identify Optimization opportunities • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams, and serve as a key Product advocate across the Customer, Partner and Industry ecosystem • Forge strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and serve as a dependable partner for them
