• Travel extensively within your territory—expect to be on the road 4–5 days per week meeting prospects in person. • Drive go-to-market strategy for launching and expanding product adoption across the regional auto dealership service center market, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. • Own the full-cycle sales process from prospecting to closing—this is a new business acquisition role with limited account management responsibilities. • Lead regional sales execution in partnership with the VP of Sales, including territory planning, pipeline development, and performance forecasting. • Collaborate with Account Management, Onboarding, and Partner Success teams to transition new customers after initial sale and ensure long-term success. • Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with senior decision makers across major auto dealership groups, positioning the company as a long-term strategic partner. • Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams, delivering structured feedback and insights to influence product roadmap and operational improvements. • Mentor and guide sales team members, contributing to talent development and fostering a high-performance sales culture in the region.

Job Requirements

  • At least 7 years of territory sales experience
  • Used to closing deals in person – this is not a phone sales position
  • Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in face-to-face meetings
  • Intelligent, go-getter, ambitious, self-motivated, and determined to succeed
  • Great time management skills and ability to self-manage
  • Bonus points if you have the following:
  • Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in dealership operations, service center solutions, financing, or automotive technology platforms
  • Passion for technology and data

As a Travel Advisor III, you’ll inspire prospective travelers by sharing the details of our international trips, then assist them with booking and customizing their journey. This role focuses on completing the full sales process in one conversation, with an emphasis on delivering high conversion rates and meaningful upsell opportunities. - Handle inbound and/or outbound calls; educating travelers on GCC's International trip packages, maintaining a high sense of customer service and sales throughout the call. - Work to achieve a high rate of conversion (targeting over 70%) of all calls into confirmed bookings. - Upsell GCC products and services: Trip Extensions, Travel Protection Plans, Airline Bookings & Upgrades. - Confirm customer reservations, documenting all necessary contact information in GCC programs. - Reserve Airline tickets for travelers using a code-based software, Amadeus. - Document all customer interactions and call notes in assigned programs during the call to avoid extensive After Call Work. - Work across multiple platforms in an efficient manner to handle and solution calls (5-7 programs at one time - working across 3 screens).
