• Own execution of lifecycle flows and campaign calendars across Klaviyo. • Build and manage Klaviyo flows (triggers, conditional logic, segments, A/B tests). • Execute email and SMS campaigns, maintaining a structured marketing calendar. • Monitor performance metrics with a focus on **Revenue per Recipient (RPR)**. • Grow and optimize subscriber lists, particularly small lists (<25K). • Collaborate with leadership on creative direction; ensure timely execution. • Run small‑budget tactical paid tests (Meta/Google) with disciplined test design. • Document and iterate workflows, incorporating AI tools where appropriate.

Job Requirements

  • 4-6 years of marketing experience, with at least one role held for 1.5+ years.
  • Brand‑side DTC or e‑commerce experience (not pure agency, not B2B‑only).
  • Proven experience building Klaviyo flows from scratch.
  • Campaign management experience beyond copy/design.
  • Strong written English, resumes and cover letters serve as first writing samples.
  • Availability during U.S. Central Time business hours.
  • Experience growing small lists (<25K subscribers) inside Klaviyo.
  • Comfort discussing RPR as a core metric.
  • Exposure to tactical paid testing ($300–$1K budgets).
  • Familiarity with AI workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI).
  • Startup or small‑company experience; adaptable to breadth and ambiguity.
