Role Description Gastro Care Partners is seeking a Patient Financial Services Representative to join our team in a fully remote, full-time role. This position serves as a key point of contact for patients and insurance companies and is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a high-volume, phone-based environment, as the role involves being on the phone the majority of the day. The Patient Financial Services Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by: - Answering patient and payer inquiries - Resolving billing and account-related issues - Processing payments - Supporting a positive financial experience for our patients This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate patient billing and insurance questions with professionalism and empathy.
