Field Access Lead

Role Description The Field Access Lead (FAL) works to execute Pfizer’s strategic vision for patient access for approved therapies while maintaining appropriate compliance standards. The position is field-based, reports directly to the Field Access Director, and works in close collaboration with commercial and US Market Access colleagues. The FAL engages in person both proactively and reactively with territory aligned accounts to help ensure patient access and the resolution of potential customer challenges. Acting as the main point of contact for patient access, the FAL primarily focuses on accounts with workflow complexities including: - Multi-provider specialty groups - IDNs - Hospital systems - Integrated pharmacy delivery networks This role provides payer policy education at the local, regional, and national level to help avert and resolve patient access issues in a timely manner. The FAL is responsible for developing and maintaining key business enabling relationships to ensure optimal customer experience within their respective territories. Qualifications - Minimum 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience typically within the fields of pharmaceutical sales and/or coding, access, and reimbursement. - Reimbursement and Access experience is highly preferred. - Strong understanding of Specialty Drug Reimbursement, Government Payment Systems, Provider/Carrier Networks, Co-Pay Assistance Programs, and knowledge of the policy dynamics that exist across the various Pfizer Business Units/Brands. - B.S. or B.A. degree is required. - Experience demonstrating exceptional communication and presentation skills, strategic planning, problem-solving skills, and successful plan implementation. - Demonstrated ability to work in a highly regulated environment and adhere to strict company compliance guidelines and procedures. - Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards. - Thorough understanding of the technical payer policy processes, systems, and requirements for coverage and reimbursement policies. Requirements - Demonstrated understanding of the rules and regulations associated with the provision of reimbursement support services. - Strong understanding and ability to communicate the technical elements of payer prescription approval processes. • Building key technical relationships at top accounts demonstrating great technical credibility increasing customer technical confidence in Emerson T&M • Understanding and assisting in creation of customer technical requirements. • Provide recommendations on software and hardware architectures while helping to understand the next steps to ensure success • Collaborating with the Emerson T&M Account Manager(s) as part of an account team to lead development and execution of the account technical strategy providing insight to the overall account strategy and pipeline • Coordinating with and informing internal technical stakeholders to execute on account technical initiatives and provide feedback to increase account success • Leveraging industry, application area, and account knowledge to uncover and influence customer future technical needs and challenges generating further technical demand for Emerson T&M products, services, and support
• Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions • Translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs. • Drive compelling demos and impactful Proof of Values (PoVs) to effectively showcase the value of the CodeRabbit platform • Help in responding to security questionnaires • Habitually provide feedback and collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to address customer issues with a focus on improving the product experience • Stay abreast with industry trends, and emerging technologies in AI-powered development tools and platforms • Contribute towards improvement of internal tools and documentation of playbooks, guides and best practices • Support transition from pre-sales to post-sales to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience
