• Team coordination: a reliable anchor in day-to-day operations • Month-end closings: review month-end financial statements and actively participate in their preparation • Payments: manage payment runs and review invoices • Accounts receivable management: monitor open items and initiate necessary measures • Accounts payable: ensure proper posting of all business transactions • Collaboration with hotels, general managers and external partners

Job Requirements

  • Business qualification or training in hospitality
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting
  • Familiarity with the processes and specific requirements of a hotel operation
  • Prior experience in hotel accounting
  • Experience providing professional guidance to colleagues or taking on initial team responsibility
  • Clear, respectful and reliable communication
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and DATEV
  • Very good German skills and good English skills
