• Lead the design, implementation, optimization, and governance of enterprise data platform • Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions supporting business intelligence, reporting, analytics, data science, and AI-driven initiatives • Design, implement, and optimize high-performance data architectures on the Snowflake cloud data platform • Develop robust logical and physical data models, optimizing query performance and resource utilization • Design, build, and optimize scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines utilizing Snowpipe, dbt, Matillion, Informatica, or similar technologies • Manage key Snowflake administration tasks, including user/role management, role-based access controls (RBAC), network policies, disaster recovery through account replication, and deployment pipelines • Optimize Snowflake performance through virtual warehouse sizing, query tuning, clustering keys, materialized views, resource monitors, Tasks, Time Travel, Zero-Copy Cloning, and Secure Data Sharing • Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and data lineage to support SOC2 compliance, governance standards, and audit requirements • Leverage Snowflake Cortex Analyst, Snowpark, and other advanced Snowflake capabilities to enable AI-driven analytics, self-service insights, and advanced use cases • Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Science, and Engineering teams to develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective data solutions • Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, establish best practices, lead proof-of-concept initiatives, and support enterprise data strategy and architecture decisions • Monitor and optimize Snowflake workloads and spending to ensure efficient resource utilization and predictable costs

• Overseeing the accounting and financial reporting of loan transaction activity in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Ensuring accurate accounting treatment, financial statement disclosures, and internal controls related to loan transactions and pooled loan assets • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of four Accountants and one Accounting Manager • Creating, maintaining, and enhancing key process documentation to support internal controls, audit requirements, regulatory compliance, and operational consistency • Overseeing monthly variance analyses and effectively communicating key drivers, trends, and business impacts to management and stakeholders • Partnering with Treasury to determine appropriate GAAP accounting treatment • Directing the preparation and review of journal entries, monthly bank reconciliations, external reporting requirements, and entity-level financial reporting • Overseeing accounting and reconciliation activities related to third-party net settlement processes • Supporting external financial statement audits, SOC 1 examinations, and compliance audits by providing documentation, analysis, and audit support • Identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability • Reviewing work performed by offshore accounting resources to ensure quality, consistency, and timely completion of deliverables • Serving as the Accounting representative on cross-functional growth initiatives, strategic projects, and system modernization efforts • Monitoring and strengthening internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards

• Manage and develop a team of 1–2 Accounts Receivable staff through coaching, training, and performance feedback. • Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and reconciliation procedures that safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting. • Ensure payments and loan adjustments are processed timely, accurately, and in accordance with company policies, U.S. GAAP, and regulatory requirements. • Identify opportunities for automation and operational process improvements. • Partner with IT and business leaders to develop and communicate business cases for system and process enhancements. • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Account Servicing teams to ensure compliant payment processing and timely error remediation. • Provide day-to-day guidance, training, and support to Accounts Receivable staff. • Coordinate with external auditors during financial statement audits and SOC 1 examinations. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounts Receivable Manager or Controller.

• Leads the end-to-end risk assessment, control design, documentation and certification process for internal controls over financial reporting • Responsible for managing Aqua’s annual SOC 1 report and related audit activities • Manages and develops 1 - 2 direct reports • Oversees contracts and ongoing relationships with third-party valuation consultants • Manages the preparation of the quarterly fair value analyses • Reviews journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close • Leads the stand-alone legal entity analysis of monthly financial results • Analyzes financial results, investigates variances, and provides insights to management • Identifies opportunities to streamline accounting processes and strengthen control environments • Leads the documentation and enhancement of internal controls over financial reporting • Monitors the operating effectiveness of controls through testing, identification of gaps, and implementation of remediation plans • Develops and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and process documentation • Responsible for the SOC 1 audit through collaboration with Aqua control owners and external auditors • Partners with external auditors and compliance teams to support financial statement audit and regulatory examinations • Monitors emerging accounting standards and assesses their impact on the company • Supports system implementations, upgrades, and automation initiatives • Collaborates closely with IT, finance, sales, and operations to ensure accurate controls are in place and operating effectively

• Evaluate new accounting standards and perform accounting research on new business transactions to determine appropriate accounting. • Participate in the monthly closing of financial statements by recording journal entries and completing detailed analysis of financial statements by identifying trends and variances. • Evaluate financial risk and design controls for mitigation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Treasury, and Finance to provide accounting expertise on specific projects. • Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external reporting duties. • Assist with external financial statement and bank auditor requests. • Lead or participate in special accounting projects, such as system implementations, process improvements and global accounting processes.

• Conduct consumer compliance reviews, regulatory testing, risk assessments, and issue validation activities • Evaluate business processes and controls for compliance with applicable federal and state consumer finance regulations • Identify compliance risks, document findings, and support remediation efforts • Provide regular status updates to Senior Compliance Examiners and management throughout the review lifecycle • Prepare clear, accurate, and well-documented workpapers that outline testing procedures performed, results obtained, and supporting analysis • Maintain working knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, regulatory changes, and business initiatives, and understand their potential compliance impacts • Identify compliance risks and control gaps based on testing results and observations, and communicate findings to the review lead • Provide timely status updates on assigned testing activities to management • Contribute to the development of comprehensive and defensible testing reports • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders during the course of reviews • Respond to business partner inquiries regarding compliance requirements and regulatory expectations • Review and analyze policies, procedures, workflows, and first-line monitoring activities • Research regulatory and operational questions and summarize findings; provide recommendations or escalate complex issues as appropriate • Develop corrective action recommendations, review management action plans, and validate remediation efforts through issue closure • Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned

• Responsible for accurate and timely accounting, reporting, and oversight of dealer-related receivable balances and settlement activity. • Manage premium recapture and ancillary products processes by designing and executing appropriate financial controls. • Drive automation and scalability of accounting processes. • Monitor and reconcile dealer receivable accounts. • Partner with sales team for appropriate dealer participation recapture terms. • Serve as primary accounting point of contact for cross‑functional initiatives impacting financial reporting. • Develop and perform monthly variance analysis and reporting for informed decision-making. • Ensure compliance with state regulations on customer refunds for ancillary products. • Research and resolve discrepancies related to dealer payments. • Implement and manage solutions to improve processes focused on compliance.

• Responsible for ensuring accurate accounting, reporting, and compliance related to treasury operations and tax activities • Support cash management, banking relationships and tax accounting • Manage and account for daily cash activity, including incoming/outgoing wires, ACH, and transfers • Maintain oversight of bank accounts and banking documentation • Coordinate data gathering and support for external tax filings and compliance requirements • Maintain proper tax workpapers • Manage waterfall and servicing activities by reviewing invoices, preparing journal entries, monitoring and recording payments • Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess impact on accounting and operations • Work with external tax partners to account for and pay various state franchise, excise, sales and use tax • Support unclaimed property (escheatment) processes and state reporting requirements • Identify risks and recommend control enhancements and process improvements/ automation • Partner with Accounting Operations, FP&A, Treasury, and external advisors to improve workflows • Document and maintain processes documentation to support compliance and controls • Escalate cross‑functional risks, issues, or ambiguities promptly with clear options and recommended solutions • Evaluate new accounting processes and perform accounting research on new business transactions to determine appropriate accounting • Other duties as assigned by Accounting Operations Management.
