Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, I&C

• Leading the growth of Curtiss-Wright’s Instrumentation and Control (I&C) products and services. • Driving revenue and market share growth while increasing customer engagement. • Defining, implementing, and evolving the sales strategy for a $200M business unit. • Owning revenue targets, strategic account growth, and capture of high-value contracts. • Developing sales forecasts and providing input into corporate revenue planning. • Building and sustaining trusted advisor relationships with C-Suite and procurement executives. • Managing marketing communications and attending trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences. • Driving pipeline growth through proactive customer engagement and demand generation.
