• Own core close processes for assigned areas like cash automation, AP, accruals, and prepaids • Identify and lead automation initiatives for close workflows leveraging ERP functionality • Partner cross-functionally to provide data-driven insights • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for federal and SALT compliance • Maintain and enhance SOX-lite internal controls and documentation

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
  • Comfortability and experience with AI tools
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite (preferred) and expert level knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (required)
  • Desire to Learn
  • Proven track record of building and improving processes from scratch

The Corporate Staff Accountant/Sr. Accountant will be handling the day-to-day accounting activities and month-end financial reporting requirements while being actively involved in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes.
