Channel Sales Manager
Elo
• Manage distribution sales and marketing activities across the full Elo product portfolio within assigned accounts. • Drive growth within existing channel partners while identifying and developing new channel opportunities as directed by management. • Collaborate closely with North American Channel Sales, Regional and OEM Sales, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives, customer success, and personal development goals. • Achieve assigned sales quotas and annual growth targets established in partnership with management. • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners by effectively communicating product launches, promotions, lifecycle updates, and transition plans. • Navigate customer and sales team requirements through inventory availability, allocation challenges, and supply constraints while maintaining strong partner relationships. • Demonstrate industry expertise across key vertical markets, including retail, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and government sectors. • Leverage Salesforce (SFDC), QlikView, and Power BI to manage opportunities, customer information, reporting, project tracking, and special pricing initiatives. • Represent Elo at sales meetings, industry trade shows, partner events, and distributor engagements to strengthen relationships and drive business growth. • Thrive in both collaborative team environments and independent work settings, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and leadership.
Job Requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a complex sales pipeline across multiple accounts, partners, and opportunities simultaneously.
- Proven track record of developing strategic solutions that align the right products, programs, and promotions to achieve both customer objectives and Elo business goals.
- Self-motivated with the discipline and organizational skills required to successfully operate from a home-office environment.
- Strong strategic selling, influencing, and negotiation capabilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms to manage customer relationships, opportunities, forecasting, and sales activities; Salesforce.com experience preferred.
- Collaborative team player with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of channel sales, distribution management, or related sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and relevant business experience.

Role Description This position works closely with their Regional Sales Director to manage, recruit, train, develop staff, and business plans. The primary responsibility is to drive Prenatal business through Women’s Health and Primary Care specialties to maximize growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales strategy and implementation of tactics to achieve financial targets. This individual must have a strategic mind with solid tactical execution.
