• Meet regional sales objectives by forecasting volume requirements, documenting projects in Salesforce.com, and guiding sales motions from identification through close • Maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities • Recommend new product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and collaborating with peers across the company and industry • Travel to all states in territory to develop the region: PA, MD, DE, NJ, NY, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager
• Manage distribution sales and marketing activities across the full Elo product portfolio within assigned accounts. • Drive growth within existing channel partners while identifying and developing new channel opportunities as directed by management. • Collaborate closely with North American Channel Sales, Regional and OEM Sales, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives, customer success, and personal development goals. • Achieve assigned sales quotas and annual growth targets established in partnership with management. • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners by effectively communicating product launches, promotions, lifecycle updates, and transition plans. • Navigate customer and sales team requirements through inventory availability, allocation challenges, and supply constraints while maintaining strong partner relationships. • Demonstrate industry expertise across key vertical markets, including retail, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and government sectors. • Leverage Salesforce (SFDC), QlikView, and Power BI to manage opportunities, customer information, reporting, project tracking, and special pricing initiatives. • Represent Elo at sales meetings, industry trade shows, partner events, and distributor engagements to strengthen relationships and drive business growth. • Thrive in both collaborative team environments and independent work settings, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and leadership.
• Deepen Senior and Executive level relationships at all major Acquirers, Processors, and Gateways to strategically position Elo Payment Hardware. • Build and execute outbound strategies to drive expansion of Elo Pay, Link, and Link + across global markets (NA, EMEA, APAC) • Maintain a robust sales pipeline with key partners, including ISVs, payment processors, gateways, acquirers, and financial institutions. • Managing complex, critical partner relationships by working across a broad set of areas and cross-functional teams both within Elo and with partners • Collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver go-to-market strategies, enablement tools, and joint value propositions. • Work closely with the ISV, RSM, ASM, and Solutions Architect teams to ensure a seamless transition from BD → Payment Partnership Manager → Certification → Scale • Monitor global industry trends, emerging payment technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and maintain Elo’s market leadership. • Represent Elo at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote Elo’s payment solutions. • Drive revenue growth through co-selling opportunities, joint marketing initiatives, and expanding existing partnerships.
• Reporting to the Sr Manager, Sales Operations, handle various operational responsibilities such as reporting, dashboards, project management, software administration, and process development • Enhance processes for Elo in a pivotal role that evaluate and organize multiple data sources, providing direct support to Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operational teams • Report and provide insight to support decision-making and strategic planning of the Sales Operations team • Analyze data and provide important visualization and intelligence that clearly communicates complex data in a simple form to a non-technical audience • Create easy-to-follow sales processes, maintain reporting on all sales metrics; including ensuring data is current and accessible • Collaborate with IT unit to manage and ensure an effective CRM system that adds value and alignment within the organization • Develop and automate customized dashboards tailored to specific business and team needs • Support process improvement and system adoption projects to provide scalable reporting support.
• Outbound communication to large sales teams of National Solution Providers (NSP) partners. • Relationship management and development with sales leadership and partner/product management. • Product, brand, and industry presentations to applicable NSP sales team. • Coordination and representation of and at Elo focused sales events. • Project, Demo, & Quote entry as needed by the reseller. • Work closely with sales organization and customer care to ensure proper account coverage. • Competitive knowledge and market share attack plan development. • Campaign development and execution. • New opportunity generation. • Manage annual MDF plan with applicable NSP’s. • Account Mapping with NSPs & Elo end user teams. • Ability to build strong personal relationships and grow NSP loyalty. • Create, market, & execute promotional campaigns ie: spiffs, other sales rep incentives, etc.
• Define and deliver the product vision, strategy, and success metrics for commercial display solutions • Own the entire product lifecycle from initial concept to end-of-life, including product pitches, development, and sunsetting • Conduct Voice of the Customer (VOC) research to identify unmet needs and uncover innovation opportunities • Develop and maintain clear, actionable product requirements based on customer feedback, use cases, and competitive analysis • Collaborate with engineering to deliver feature-rich hardware products that meet current and future market needs • Support cross-functional teams in prioritizing product escalations and enhancements • Partner with Marketing to articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions through compelling documentation and content • Support Sales by participating in customer meetings, evangelizing key use cases, and helping articulate value • Contribute to internal knowledge bases to support cross-team alignment and customer success • Clearly communicate technical concepts and product processes to audiences with varying levels of expertise
