• Manter seu CRM organizado (Atualmente usamos o Pipedrive), com dados de todas as suas negociações e atualizado com as informações e status mais recentes; • Acompanhar evolução de negociações dos clientes aumentando as oportunidades de fechamento; • Compartilhar aprendizados, problemas ou informações nos nossos rituais diários e mensais para desenvolvimento e evolução do time; • Fechar novos negócios por qualquer meio necessário (ligação, whatsapp, etc) a partir de leads recebidos de ações gerais, leads do time interno e mais todos que vierem do marketing para fechamento de meta; • Fazer gestão efetiva do funil de vendas; • Guiar a pessoa cliente na escolha de um serviço, demonstrando os diferenciais e benefícios daquela escolha; • Fazer qualificação de lead, para ter maior chance de fechamento e ajudar a transformar nosso processo de vendas mais eficiente; • Avaliar e negociar as condições de pagamento para os clientes; • Testar argumentações e novas práticas para suas vendas com a cabeça de cientista de vendas; • Registrar os motivos de perda das negociações de maneira correta; • Participar de feiras e eventos da empresa com ânimo e disposição, com foco no objetivo macro do evento; • Apresentar eventualmente os números da área em reuniões de OKR; • Ajudar na criação dos OKRs como parte do time comercial; • Registrar as melhores práticas e aprendizados na nossa ferramenta de log (Confluence); • Analisar seus números diariamente para identificar pontos de melhoria; • Participar de ações com o time, como imersões, coaches de venda, reuniões de forecast, criação de processos, treinamentos, etc.
Job Requirements
- Conhecimento básico de planilhas;
- Experiência prévia em vendas em softwares SAAS;
- Conhecimentos com atendimento ao cliente;
- Experiência com vendas através de apresentação em vídeo;
- Saber usar google e suas ferramentas, além de outras tecnologias que estão no dia a dia, ser familiarizado com tech.

Qualifications - At least 10 years of sales experience in diagnostic testing, molecular testing, medical device, and/or specialty pharmaceutical sales required. - Specific knowledge in women’s health and/or oncology areas is preferred. - Minimum 5 years of sales leadership success required. - Bachelor's degree required. - A minimum of 70% travel required. - Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member. - Ability to sense the importance or impact of issues and situations and take appropriate actions. - Must be flexible, innovative, strategic, and self-motivated. - Must have the flexibility to work extra hours to meet corporate and departmental goals. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Demonstrates values and ethics that support Myriad's mission, goals, and professional code of conduct. - Track record of demonstrating integrity, even when inconvenient. - Ability for extensive overnight travel is needed.
