• You proactively own the creation and ongoing development of a sustainable sales pipeline through outbound activities • You accompany potential customers throughout the entire sales process — from proposal preparation, objection handling and contract negotiations to closing and order entry • You manage your sales funnel and ensure reliable forecast quality through disciplined CRM maintenance • You contribute to the development and optimization of our lead sources and work closely with colleagues in Marketing
• Active acquisition of new customers across Austria • Systematic management and development of existing customer relationships • Reactivation of former customers and expansion of long-term business relationships • Management of the entire sales process from initial contact through to contract conclusion • Analysis of customer applications and derivation of suitable material and solution concepts • Close collaboration with inside sales, technical teams and suppliers on quotation preparation and project execution • Support for technical approvals, sample testing and series production launches • Ongoing market and competitor monitoring
• Take professional responsibility for the company’s business in the assigned territory • Provide comprehensive support to existing customers and acquire new clients • Continuously expand business relationships • Maintain long-term customer relationships • Develop, together with the Country Manager, a business case for expanding operations in your region • Manage and oversee proposals and orders • Achieve targets and meet budgetary requirements
