Job Description
Senior GTM Operations Analyst – Salesforce Administrator
CreatorIQ
• Own Salesforce administration end-to-end: Keep our CRM instance healthy, reliable, and process-ready. Design and document technical solutions for defined business requirements, perform configuration and customization, conduct user testing, and maintain documentation on workflows, processes, and training materials so the entire GTM org can operate with confidence. • Drive data integrity and hygiene: Monitor and maintain data accuracy across systems by performing data imports, fulfilling ad hoc data requests, merging duplicate records, and ensuring proper account and contact ownership — so every rep, CSM, and leader is working from a single source of truth. • Manage security, access, and pipeline governance: Administer user profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and security settings to ensure the right people have the right level of access. Simultaneously enforce deal hygiene standards, support pricing and discount approval processes, and maintain consistent pipeline governance across the revenue org. • Lead release management and process optimization: Plan, test, and deploy changes across sandbox and production environments with minimal disruption. Collaborate with the GTM Ops team to identify automation opportunities, eliminate repetitive manual work, and continuously improve the systems and processes our teams rely on every day. • Be the first point of contact for GTM operational issues: Investigate production errors, identify root causes, and route issues to the right teams with clear context to drive fast resolution. Provide ad hoc reporting support for GTM leadership, train CRM users on new processes and workflows, and serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and verbal): You communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners, and can translate complex operational details into simple, actionable language.
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience: You have hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce in a SaaS environment. A Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is strongly preferred; Salesforce CPQ knowledge and familiarity with Apex or Lightning Component development are meaningful differentiators.
- Fluent in the GTM tech stack: You are comfortable working across sales enablement and revenue tools including Outreach, Gong, Apollo, DocuSign, Clay and HubSpot — and understand how they connect to Salesforce to power the full revenue motion.
- Knowledgeable about enterprise SaaS sales processes: You understand how complex B2B deals move from lead to close, what renewal and expansion motions look like, and why clean data and reliable systems are mission-critical at every stage. Experience supporting Revenue Operations or Deal Desk functions is a strong plus.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented: You can manage multiple projects, stakeholder requests, and production issues simultaneously without compromising accuracy or quality. You hold yourself to a high standard of ownership and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment where deadlines are real.
- A strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator: You can translate technical solutions into plain language for non-technical stakeholders, build trust with teams across Sales, CS, Finance, and Legal, and proactively share context so that everyone stays aligned. Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
Benefits
- Surprise meal stipends: work from home can’t stop the enjoyment of someone else making a meal for you!
- Work/life harmony: 15 days vacation, floating and set holidays, wellness allowance, and paid parental leave.
- Whole Health Package: medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and more.
- Savings: a 401k (USA) plan to help you plan ahead.
- Work from home stipend: to assist you in setting up a home office that works for you.
