Senior Salesforce Administrator

• Serve as a project lead for credentialing’s participation in the integration and ongoing optimization of Salesforce Health Cloud • Develop system and workflow solutions that meet the scope and requirements while focusing on scalability and maintainability • Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure scope and requirements are properly defined and executed upon • Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA), product owners, and designers • Act as a subject matter expert for credentialing systems, workflows, and operational processes, including assisting with issue resolution and help desk support • Interface with team members to troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues in production and sandbox environments • Manage system releases and communication to team members • Create reports, dashboards, and custom report types • Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and permission set groups • Create complex flows utilizing loops, email alerts, and custom actions • Readily share knowledge across the team • Champion best practices, coding standards, and documentation • Participate and engage in all Scrum Ceremonies and regular code reviews • Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials and user guidance related to Salesforce Health Cloud and credentialing systems • Evolve individual Salesforce certifications and credentials • Help shape the platform roadmap and influence architectural decisions • Serve as a trusted technical partner to Product, QA, and business stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred
  • 3+ years of experience working with the Salesforce Platform
  • Experience working in an Agile environment following SDLC
  • Experience in a Healthcare setting preferred
  • Experience with Gearset (or equivalent Salesforce DevOps tooling)
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
  • Ability to collaborate on projects across stacks and blended teams
  • Must be data driven, objective, and goal oriented
  • Effectively communicate and understand project requirements
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work cross functionally
  • Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
