• Support change management strategy and execution for a Salesforce implementation • Partner with business leaders, project teams, and end users to understand impacts and adoption needs • Develop change impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications, and readiness materials • Support training coordination and reinforcement activities • Help identify resistance, adoption risks, and opportunities to improve user readiness • Translate technical changes into clear, practical messaging for business users • Track adoption feedback and help drive continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or major enterprise technology changes
- Strong change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work with both technical teams and business users
- Experience developing change plans, readiness materials, training support, and adoption strategies
- Utility, field operations, construction, or corporate transformation experience is a plus, not mandatory
- Prosci, ACMP, or other change management certification is a plus, but not required
