Senior Accountant – General Ledger

• Own month-end close tasks end-to-end: preparing and posting journal entries, maintaining GL schedules, and reconciling key accounts. • Support accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes. • Contribute to monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and responding to questions from business partners. • Support the annual audit: preparing schedules, fielding auditor inquiries, and ensuring documentation is audit-ready. • Assist with M&A integration reporting and technical accounting for acquisition transactions. • Help maintain up-to-date accounting policies and standard operating procedures. • Drive process improvement by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and implementing better tools and controls. • Handle ad hoc reporting requests and special projects as they arise.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior Accountant role.
  • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across a multi-entity close cycle and M&A activity.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.

The Corporate Staff Accountant/Sr. Accountant will be handling the day-to-day accounting activities and month-end financial reporting requirements while being actively involved in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes.
