• Responsible for the planning, successful execution and follow through on a diverse range of client activities aimed at promoting mutual growth and profitability. • Maintain the highest level of client trust ensuring client retention. • Carry out innovative and complex projects to their completion associated to client needs and make sound recommendations to ensure EPIC RPS exceeds client expectations. • Assist in resolving escalated client issues. • Solicit feedback from internal and external partners to continually improve EPIC RPS deliverables. • Conduct on-site or virtual client meetings on a regular basis with an emphasis on client growth, satisfaction and retention. • Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue through the introduction of additional EPIC RPS Investment 5 and Administrative services. • Manage communications between all client representative, trade partners, trust system vendors and all levels of internal EPIC RPS staff. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work with conversion project managers to establish new plans on internal systems and databases and upload participant data accurately. • Translate complex data files received from prior providers to ensure essential data provided to complete conversion. • Perform quality review of key data points, including participant balances, vesting, investment elections, plan provisions, and web products to ensure accuracy of information before plan live date and communicate any missing information critical to completion of the conversion to the Conversion Project Manager. • With minimal oversight, invest conversion proceeds accurately according to conversion type within service standards and reconcile fund balances to trust system and/or trade platform holdings and identify any uninvested cash balance. • Analyze existing procedures to identify process improvements. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Deliver client service for daily record-keeping, administration and servicing of assigned his/her book of business to promote revenue growth, productivity and exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. • Proactively ensure plans are administered in compliance with plan provisions and current pension laws and regulations. • Discuss the compliance testing process/results and all required government filings. • Ensure that all services are delivered within EPIC RPS' documented service standards through timely communication with clients, plan sponsors, advisors and day to day contacts. • Daily report monitoring and management, document pertinent client communication and provide internal and external project management support. • Effectively communicate with all operational teams to ensure that record-keeping items are maintained for all assigned plans. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Perform CRM functions including report writing, data filters, exports, communications, management activities and data maintenance. • Perform general administrative duties for sales department and sales consultants, including file management and material distributions. • Support new client and new plan conversions, including introductory calls, database setup, document distribution and coordination. • Create and maintain library of sales literature and tools, including but not limited to presentations, product literature and reference lists, edit and update as needed. • Prepare and maintain sales training materials and sales reports. • Establish working relationships with prospects, clients and vendors to promote the sale of EPIC products and services. • Prepare RFP responses, proposal and general sales responses for sales consultants and clients as requested. • Attend, coordinate and manage sales conference meeting events, including logistics and planning. • Perform other duties as assigned.
