• We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Systems Specialist to implement and deploy a centralized recruiting infrastructure from the ground up. • The primary objective of this project is to integrate our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with GoHighLevel (GHL) via Zapier to create a high-performance, automated candidate pipeline. • Execute the systems architecture, ensuring smooth data flow from initial application to interview fruition. • Configure multi-step Zaps, GoHighLevel workflows, calibrate AI screening tools, and conduct rigorous end-to-end testing.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced Automation Expertise: Proven track record of building complex, multi-platform workflows in GoHighLevel and Zapier.
  • ATS Proficiency: Substantial experience managing data exports and integrations with professional-grade Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Technical Logic: Advanced understanding of webhooks, API documentation, and conditional logic to build "fail-safe" automations.
  • Operational Excellence: Ability to translate a strategic map into a functional technical environment while identifying opportunities for systemic optimization.
