• collect, cleanse, and analyze complex datasets to deliver actionable insights • develop interactive dashboards to visualize performance trends • perform delivery work supporting analytics and data products • support requirements analysis for reporting/analytics use cases • contribute to delivery documentation and support user validation and test execution • deliver accurate, insightful, and actionable data analyses • ensure high standards of data quality and integrity • actively detect and address data-related challenges • utilize statistical methodologies, data mining algorithms, and machine learning models to analyze large datasets • develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations utilizing data visualization tools
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology related field plus five (5) years of professional IT experience
- Must be able to successfully complete, pass, and maintain a public trust investigation
- Experience in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations utilizing data visualization tools such as Tableau to effectively communicate key metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators to stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal skills, translating technical info, stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
