• Manage the FORGE Engineering Cell’s study program: schedule, milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies. • Integrate outputs from the process engineer and equipment engineers into unified design basis documents. • Incorporate basic data from the team into cost and schedule estimates • Identify and resolve conflicts between workstreams—for example, when the optimal process flow conflicts with the optimal facility layout. • Support government stakeholder deliverables with technically substantive project documentation. • Track risks, open questions, and design decisions in a structured way that enables rapid decision-making. • Prepare and present integrated project status to TNC leadership.

• Perform regular maintenance and repair work on laboratory equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and prolonged service life • Identify and analyze technical faults in devices and systems, troubleshoot effectively, and carry out necessary repairs • Install and commission new equipment, including training laboratory personnel in proper use and operation • Provide technical assistance and advice to customers, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction • Accurately document all work performed, including service reports and technical documentation • Manage procurement, replacement, and inventory of spare parts as required • Ensure all equipment meets relevant quality standards and compliance regulations • Coordinate delivery and installation of equipment to laboratories or medical practices • Support the sales team by participating in national trade fairs and congresses and maintaining close collaboration with sales colleagues

• Work closely with our Health & Safety Manager and our external partners in occupational safety and fire protection, and support the development of our health & safety standards across our growing international hotel portfolio • Assist in carrying out hazard assessments and risk evaluations and coordinate the implementation of resulting measures in our hotels • Organize and coordinate training and briefings for employees • Prepare and update safety documentation and emergency plans • Review inspection reports in the areas of occupational and fire safety, liaise with the hotels and follow up on agreed measures • Analyze accident reports and develop preventive measures • Coordinate evacuation drills and other emergency training with external partners • Support the Health & Safety Manager in planning and executing hotel openings and other Health & Safety projects and take responsibility for defined subprojects independently

• Forecast sales at the individual product level (style, color, size) and roll them up into category and brand plans • Translate forecasts into purchase orders, balancing in-stock targets against cash flow and margin • Place reorders for products selling faster than planned; scale back or cancel on slow-movers • Lead pre-season and in-season planning across our growing range - product mix, size ratios, regional allocation • Deliver a weekly business recap on category performance and inventory health to leadership • Use modern AI tools (Claude and others) to accelerate analysis, prototype models, and automate routine reporting • Build the planning function - process and tooling, not just reports
