Ruby

• You will be responsible for building and expanding the department, as well as ensuring quality assurance and standardisation of all technical and safety-relevant processes • You will oversee several of our hotels in Southern Europe and ensure they are maintained to a high standard • You will manage technical building services at hotel and workplace locations, monitor optimisation of their maintenance, and plan repair work as required • You will act as the point of contact for our hotel technicians: train them, organise training sessions, and review and optimise procedures for operations and facility management • You will ensure maintenance work, repairs and new installations are carried out cost‑effectively, on time and to the required standard • You will monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, rules, inspection deadlines and occupational health and safety requirements • You will assist in drafting service contracts, review contract terms, obtain quotes and handle claims with insurance companies

• Support our hotel projects across Europe in the area of technical building services (TGA / KG 400) • Take technical responsibility for the electrical and HVAC/plumbing trades • Review external specialist plans from Ruby’s perspective and proactively integrate our requirements • Ensure our technical and quality standards are consistently implemented • Challenge and advise specialist planners, investors and project partners at eye level • Support projects from design through implementation to commissioning and handover • Provide support during the execution phase with a focus on quality, functionality and the details that make a difference • Regularly visit our construction sites – but work predominantly remotely/in the office • For our FF&E projects, manage the tendering, awarding and execution of the trades: sound, IT, F&B (catering) and keycard systems

• Take overall operational responsibility for all Ruby Hotels and ensure that quality, efficiency and profitability are maintained • Lead and develop our Cluster Hotel Managers and their teams – with a clear focus on performance, potential and personality • Monitor KPIs, budgets and processes, analyze results and derive sustainable improvements • Bridge strategy and hands-on operations: think entrepreneurially while staying close to day-to-day operations • Ensure Ruby standards and brand values are lived in every hotel – from atmosphere to guest experience • Work closely with teams from F&B, Rooms, Openings, Interior and other Group Functions to continuously improve operational workflows

• You actively shape our Rooms Division processes across Ruby — strategically, pragmatically and grounded in the realities of our hotels • You develop standards not just on paper but so they truly work in everyday hotel operations • You support new openings hands-on, contribute your experience and lay the foundation for a strong start — from pre-opening phase to first check-in • You develop our Housekeeping Operations Managers through training, clear structures and guidance • You work on budgets, cost models and sustainable solutions that have impact beyond individual hotels • You ensure quality becomes measurable, benchmarkable and manageable • You work in a corporate environment but are regularly on the road in our hotels to stay close to day-to-day operations

• Provide administrative finance support for up to three hotels in the group and act as the main contact for the respective hotel managers • Own finance and controlling topics from analysis through implementation and serve as the primary contact for your clients • Lead coordination with our external service providers (e.g., accounting firms, tax advisors, IT/system vendors) • Handle accounting tasks (preparation including all cash operations and other information systems, and post-processing including supporting account reconciliations) as well as invoice management and payment processing • Support monthly and annual closings as well as budgets, forecasts and reporting, ensuring the quality and transparency of our financials • Take on additional projects to further develop processes, structures and working methods in the finance area, while keeping our growth and operational realities in mind

• Bist für den Auf- und Ausbau der Abteilung sowie die Qualitätssicherung und Standardisierung aller technischen- und sicherheitsrelevanten Prozesse verantwortlich • Betreust als Manager Maintenance einen Teil unserer Hotels in der Südeuropa und sorgst dafür, dass diese auf einem hohen Qualitätslevel gehalten werden • Betreust die technische Gebäudeausrüstung der Hotel- und Workspace-Standorte, kümmerst dich um deren Instandhaltungsoptimierung und planst bei Bedarf Reparatur-Arbeiten • Bist Ansprechperson für unsere Hoteltechniker:innen, arbeitest diese ein, führst Schulungen durch und überprüfst und optimierst die operativen und haustechnischen Arbeitsabläufe • Stellst eine wirtschaftliche, termin- und qualitätsgerechte Durchführung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, Reparaturen und Neumontagen sicher • Überwachst die Einhaltung der einschlägigen Gesetze, Verordnungen, Vorschriften und Prüffristen sowie den Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz • Hilfst bei der Erstellung von Dienstleistungsverträgen, überprüfst Vertragskonditionen, holst Angebote ein und kümmerst dich um die Abwicklung von Schadensfällen mit Versicherungen
