• Perform regular maintenance and repair work on laboratory equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and prolonged service life • Identify and analyze technical faults in devices and systems, troubleshoot effectively, and carry out necessary repairs • Install and commission new equipment, including training laboratory personnel in proper use and operation • Provide technical assistance and advice to customers, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction • Accurately document all work performed, including service reports and technical documentation • Manage procurement, replacement, and inventory of spare parts as required • Ensure all equipment meets relevant quality standards and compliance regulations • Coordinate delivery and installation of equipment to laboratories or medical practices • Support the sales team by participating in national trade fairs and congresses and maintaining close collaboration with sales colleagues

• Driving sales of our products and actively acquiring new customers • Managing key accounts and acting as a point of contact for clients • Representing MADx at conferences • Organizing client meetings to discuss their requirements • Timely resolving problems and handling complaints • Identifying new potential customers; staying up-to-date with new features and product launches • Monitoring and reporting of sales performance • Establishing best practices and providing innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience

• Provide operational sales support across Italy • Coordinate and monitor order handling and delivery processes • Support invoicing processes and follow up on open payments • Prepare and support public tender procurement and tender processes, including documentation and internal coordination • Communicate directly with customers regarding orders and requests • Support Sales Managers with documentation, presentations, and follow-ups • Ensure availability and alignment of sales and marketing materials
