Coordinator, Health & Safety
Ruby
• Work closely with our Health & Safety Manager and our external partners in occupational safety and fire protection, and support the development of our health & safety standards across our growing international hotel portfolio • Assist in carrying out hazard assessments and risk evaluations and coordinate the implementation of resulting measures in our hotels • Organize and coordinate training and briefings for employees • Prepare and update safety documentation and emergency plans • Review inspection reports in the areas of occupational and fire safety, liaise with the hotels and follow up on agreed measures • Analyze accident reports and develop preventive measures • Coordinate evacuation drills and other emergency training with external partners • Support the Health & Safety Manager in planning and executing hotel openings and other Health & Safety projects and take responsibility for defined subprojects independently
Job Requirements
- You already have initial professional experience in occupational safety and/or fire protection
- You know the relevant legal regulations and standards in occupational safety and fire protection inside out
- You are an organizational talent and a structured working style is one of your strengths
- You are willing to pursue continuous professional development in occupational safety and fire protection
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a professional appearance and integrity, are a given for you
- You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

• Support a wide variety of data collection activities spanning multiple source types and collection methods. • Build and maintain automated collection pipelines leveraging APIs and web scraping techniques across open and closed sources. • Configure and manage collection tooling to ensure reliable and efficient data acquisition. • Conduct and evaluate open source research and exploratory data analysis on various cyber security topics supporting CrowdStrike customers.
