• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via email, phone, and OTA messaging. • Provide accurate information regarding bookings, services, policies, and other inquiries. • Handle and resolve guest complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction. • Assist with booking and confirming reservations. Assisting with reservations sales. • Guest review management: Review guest feedback and answer reviews on OTAs. • Coordinate with internal teams | Property Managers | Property Owners to ensure guest requests and special arrangements are met. • Create, update, and maintain guest communication templates and FAQs. • Ensure all communications reflect the partner's voice and guidelines. • Attend occasional virtual meetings and training sessions. • Provide constant feedback to the team regarding partner issues/suggestions to improve processes. • Vendor liaison for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc. - dispatch, invoicing, etc. • Data entry such as onboarding of properties into your PMS, AirBnB or VRBO listings. • Work on off-season duties such as deep clean scheduling, lock battery replacements, smoke detector battery replacements, kitchen inventory, documentation of processes and procedures. • Handle permitting, Insurance requirements/documentation from property owners. • Manage calendar and inbox.

• Manage the FORGE Engineering Cell’s study program: schedule, milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies. • Integrate outputs from the process engineer and equipment engineers into unified design basis documents. • Incorporate basic data from the team into cost and schedule estimates • Identify and resolve conflicts between workstreams—for example, when the optimal process flow conflicts with the optimal facility layout. • Support government stakeholder deliverables with technically substantive project documentation. • Track risks, open questions, and design decisions in a structured way that enables rapid decision-making. • Prepare and present integrated project status to TNC leadership.

• Perform regular maintenance and repair work on laboratory equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and prolonged service life • Identify and analyze technical faults in devices and systems, troubleshoot effectively, and carry out necessary repairs • Install and commission new equipment, including training laboratory personnel in proper use and operation • Provide technical assistance and advice to customers, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction • Accurately document all work performed, including service reports and technical documentation • Manage procurement, replacement, and inventory of spare parts as required • Ensure all equipment meets relevant quality standards and compliance regulations • Coordinate delivery and installation of equipment to laboratories or medical practices • Support the sales team by participating in national trade fairs and congresses and maintaining close collaboration with sales colleagues

• Work closely with our Health & Safety Manager and our external partners in occupational safety and fire protection, and support the development of our health & safety standards across our growing international hotel portfolio • Assist in carrying out hazard assessments and risk evaluations and coordinate the implementation of resulting measures in our hotels • Organize and coordinate training and briefings for employees • Prepare and update safety documentation and emergency plans • Review inspection reports in the areas of occupational and fire safety, liaise with the hotels and follow up on agreed measures • Analyze accident reports and develop preventive measures • Coordinate evacuation drills and other emergency training with external partners • Support the Health & Safety Manager in planning and executing hotel openings and other Health & Safety projects and take responsibility for defined subprojects independently
