• Responsible for delivering the overall digital strategy for the residential web ecosystem. • Drives execution of strategic initiatives that improve online revenue, conversion performance, customer engagement, and business growth. • Own end-to-end website performance. • Partner with UX, CRO, SEO, and Paid Media teams to design, test, and scale seamless customer journeys. • Define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Manage and prioritize the website product backlog and actively participate in Program Increment (PI) planning and Agile ceremonies. • Oversee the digital experience platform ecosystem (Sitecore, GA4, Figma, and A/B testing tools). • Monitor web KPIs and customer behavior analytics.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years managing enterprise e-commerce, lead-generation, or digital product platforms with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of sales funnels (MQL/SQL workflows), conversion rate optimization, UX/UI principles, digital marketing, and Agile product delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in Web CMS (Sitecore preferred), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Figma, and data integration environments (scheduling, lead routing, product catalogs).
- Familiarity with Agentic/Generative AI and AI-powered customer engagement tools to support personalization, automated workflows, and self-service optimization.

Role Description This role establishes centralized ownership of product management at Meeder, bringing structure and accountability to a function that is currently dispersed across the organization. The individual will own the full product lifecycle by defining and managing the product offering, leading implementation and cross-functional execution, and driving competitive positioning and sales enablement in close partnership with distribution to ensure products not only reach market but are effectively sold. In the short term, the focus is on building a disciplined product framework, prioritizing key initiatives, and aligning stakeholders; over the long term, the role is accountable for scaling a high-impact product function that drives revenue growth, strengthens market differentiation, and may evolve to include team leadership.
