The IT VMO – Business Analyst is a critical resource within the IT Vendor Management Office, leveraging specialized expertise (initially focused on Telecommunications and Circuits) to drive continuous improvement, optimize vendor performance, and achieve measurable cost efficiencies across the IT vendor landscape. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT Towers, Legal/Real Estate) to identify and resolve vendor-related process bottlenecks impacting service delivery. Develop and maintain a robust, centralized asset inventory (initially focused on telephony and circuit assets).
