Job Requirements
- Education: Recent graduate from a top business school, engineering school, or leading university, with a specialization in finance, information systems, or management.
- Analytical Skills: You enjoy solving complex problems, are comfortable with numbers, and have a logical, structured mindset.
- Passion: You are passionate about the intersection of finance and technology and are curious about new trends and innovations.
- Team Spirit: You are collaborative, proactive, and have excellent communication skills.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is required to work with our international teams and clients. Proficiency in a third language (German, Spanish, etc.) is an advantage.
- Plus: A prior internship in consulting, audit (Big Four), or within a finance department is a strong asset.

• Manage end-to-end finance operations including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll coordination, expense management, and cash flow oversight. • Ensure accurate monthly bookkeeping, reconciliations, and timely management reporting. • Implement and maintain strong financial controls and internal processes. • Oversee tax compliance, statutory filings, and annual audits in partnership with external advisors. • Build reliable reporting rhythms (monthly close, cash flow updates, KPI dashboards). • Build and maintain financial models to support growth planning, hiring decisions, pricing, and capital allocation. • Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts in partnership with leadership. • Track and analyze key financial and operational metrics, identifying risks and opportunities. • Prepare board and investor reporting materials as we scale. • Design scalable finance systems, tools, and workflows. • Select and implement the right finance tech stack (accounting, billing, reporting). • Establish best practices that position Sandstone for long-term scale. • Act as a strategic thought partner to the founders on financial trade-offs and growth decisions.
