Role Description The Media Relations Manager / Publicist will lead BaRupOn’s external media strategy and earned media visibility efforts. This role is responsible for positioning the company and its executives in top-tier business, energy, infrastructure, and investment media. - Develop and execute media outreach strategies for corporate announcements, funding milestones, and major project launches - Secure earned media placements in national, international, and trade outlets across energy, infrastructure, finance, and healthcare - Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and industry analysts - Draft press releases, executive quotes, interview briefs, and op-eds - Manage inbound media inquiries and coordinate executive interviews - Pitch story angles and thought leadership opportunities to relevant media outlets - Monitor media coverage, track performance metrics, and prepare internal reporting summaries - Collaborate with marketing and investor relations teams to ensure message alignment during capital raises - Support speaking engagements, award submissions, and panel opportunities Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in media relations, public affairs, or public relations (agency or in-house) - Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of earned media placements - Experience working with infrastructure, energy, finance, or healthcare clients - Established media contacts in business, energy, or investment press preferred - Ability to develop strategic narratives that resonate with public and institutional audiences - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under tight deadlines Requirements - Experience supporting capital raises, IPO communications, or investor announcements - Familiarity with sustainability, ESG, or public-private partnership (PPP) messaging - Proficiency with media databases and monitoring tools (Meltwater, Muck Rack, Cision, etc.) - Bilingual or multilingual communication capabilities

We are seeking a Capital Raise Coordinator to support investor relations, capital markets coordination, and fundraising operations. This role plays a critical part in managing investor pipelines, organizing capital outreach efforts, preparing investor materials, and supporting due diligence processes. Manage and track all inbound and outbound investor communications within CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Affinity, etc.) Coordinate investor meetings, capital briefings, webinars, and follow-up communications Maintain investor pitch decks, data room materials, executive bios, and FAQs Support due diligence processes, including NDAs, investor questionnaires, term sheets, and subscription agreements Assist with roadshows, conferences, and virtual capital raise events Prepare investor reports, engagement dashboards, and capital activity summaries Research and develop target lists of family offices, sovereign funds, private equity firms, and development finance institutions Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up across all capital interactions

The Director of Project Finance will lead the structuring and execution of financial models, investment analysis, and capital solutions for BaRupOn’s utility-scale energy and infrastructure projects. This leadership role will be instrumental in securing funding for the company’s 450MW power plant and other development initiatives by driving investor confidence, optimizing deal structures, and managing financial risk. Build and manage detailed financial models for project-level equity, debt, and blended financing structures Support capital raise strategy with scenario modeling, cash flow forecasting, and ROI analysis Collaborate with the CIO, legal teams, and technical engineers to prepare data rooms, investment decks, and term sheets Lead financial due diligence with investors, lenders, and third-party advisors Structure project financing including PPA-backed revenues, tax equity, mezzanine debt, and federal subsidies (IRA, LPO, etc.) Coordinate with legal counsel on financial documentation, loan agreements, and partnership structures Interface with EPC partners, government agencies, and utilities for financial risk assessments and payment flows Monitor project financing KPIs, compliance benchmarks, and investor reporting deliverables
