Role Description The PRN Behavioral Health Evaluator provides remote behavioral health assessments, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and resource linkage for Emergency Department patients of all ages during evening, weekend, and holiday coverage hours. - Conduct timely bio-psychosocial evaluations and crisis assessments for ED patients through a virtual platform. - Make rapid clinical assessments and decisions to ensure patients are linked to the appropriate level of care. - Review urinalysis and assess how substance use may contribute to psychiatric symptoms and mental health concerns. - Complete suicide/homicide risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention. - Determine appropriate level of care, including inpatient, residential, outpatient, detox, crisis stabilization, or discharge planning. - Coordinate psychiatric placements and community resource referrals. - Collaborate with ED staff, psychiatry, nursing, case management, and outside providers. - Provide supportive counseling, de-escalation, and patient/family support. - Maintain timely, accurate documentation and compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. - Provide on-call coverage and respond to consults within departmental expectations. Qualifications - Masters Degree in Social Work with 2 years post-graduate experience in a health care setting. - Fluency in Spanish preferred. - Minimum of LSWA, LGSW or LCSW. LCSW-C preferred. • Support the development, implementation, and periodic review of Treasury governance frameworks, policies, and procedures across the Group’s Treasury group head office and international locations. • Assist in coordinating strategic projects such as new product approvals, regulatory change implementation, and system upgrades. • Facilitate alignment and governance consistency across Treasury internal units, ensuring adherence to Group standards and operating frameworks. • Liaise with all Treasury stakeholders such as Sales, Trading, Structuring, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Compliance to ensure cross-functional collaboration and consistent project execution. • Prepare management reports and performance dashboards highlighting KPIs, risk metrics, and initiative progress. • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and enhancement of control processes. • Support documentation and approval processes for key Treasury committees such as ALCO, Market Risk, and Product Governance. • Assist in conducting benchmarking and best-practice assessments across Treasury processes. • Contribute to business continuity planning, risk assessments, and readiness testing for Treasury systems.

• Collaborate in the review and evaluation of delinquent, high risk, or written-off accounts • Understand customer needs and provide collections-related sales and service • Advise customers on payment strategies and products • Fulfill sales and service activities in accordance with approved procedures • Support coaching, training, quality audits, and vendor management • Deliver exceptional customer service • Develop rapport and instill confidence with clients • Contact customers to manage their application status • Execute loss mitigation processes for non-performing and high risk accounts • Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently • Review accounts and analyze data to determine probability of collection

• Review and validate AI-identified risk adjustment coding opportunities within medical records • Assess clinical documentation to determine the appropriateness of proposed diagnoses and HCC submissions • Support the quality assurance process for AI-assisted chart reviews by identifying coding discrepancies, false positives, and missed opportunities • Develop feedback loop with On Belay’s Head of Risk Adjustment Coding and physician offices On Belay supports, including but not limited to: Identification of quality improvement opportunities in individual physician coding • Any other related duties assigned at manager’s discretion
