Job Description

Field Application and Service Engineer

Nanolive SA

• Deliver high-quality technical support, troubleshooting issues remotely or on-site to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction • Conduct installations, commissioning and training of new equipment at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration into workflows • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures and ensure long-term performance • Maintain accurate service and support records, generating detailed reports after customer visits • Provide feedback to internal teams about customer experience and opportunities for improvement • Collaborate with global teams to enhance Nanolive’s service protocols

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering or related technical fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as field service engineer
  • Experience as application scientist is a plus
  • Hands-on technical aptitude and interest in problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Willingness to travel within Americas up to 70% of the time
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Valid US work permit
  • Car driving license
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
