Business Development Specialist
MFCP - Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc.
• Develop and execute customer account strategies that align with business goals and drive sales growth. • Act as a liaison between customers, internal departments, and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of orders, projects, and service deliverables. • Build and maintain trusted customer and stakeholder relationships through consistent follow-up, proactive communication, and issue resolution. • Partner with KAMs to prepare and present proposals, business plans, and sales pitches to potential clients. • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and customer service, to align business development efforts with company objectives and customer requirements. • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, related field or equivalent experience required.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales operations, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and thorough follow-up and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
