• Lead potential customers from various companies to use our services (run presentation and product demo at the meeting, plan how to close deals, and deliver services based on the initial calls and meetings, understand the technical details of our Omnichannel CRM Mobile and Web App to help solve customers’ problems and keep a good relationship with management in enterprise customers). • Experiment with different outreach intervals and content to identify successful strategies. • Collaborate with the product and customer success team to deliver product feedback and feature requests. • Analyze and target new opportunities for CRM & Omnichannel Software to grow our footprint. • Work directly with marketing to discover opportunities for leads, and set appointments from those leads. • Use strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments. • Log, track, and maintain customer contact and contact records. • Participate in community networking activities to promote CRM & Omnichannel Software.
