• Manage all phases of assigned projects—including quoting, design, build, testing, and commissioning—to ensure timely and successful execution. • Conduct thorough engineering reviews of project documents, bills of materials, and related content in accordance with internal process requirements. • Coordinate and support project management activities, particularly on large or complex projects. • Serve as the primary customer-facing engineer for assigned projects, as directed by the Engineering Manager. • Mentor and guide engineers and technicians by sharing knowledge and technical expertise related to assigned projects. • Develop complete system designs and supporting documentation that meet or exceed project requirements. • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to support designs and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. • Use AutoCAD Electrical and Inventor for system design and documentation. • Utilize Vault to manage design files and maintain proper documentation structure for each project. • Create, source, and compile all documentation required to support project deliverables, including submittals.

• Develop and execute customer account strategies that align with business goals and drive sales growth. • Act as a liaison between customers, internal departments, and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of orders, projects, and service deliverables. • Build and maintain trusted customer and stakeholder relationships through consistent follow-up, proactive communication, and issue resolution. • Partner with KAMs to prepare and present proposals, business plans, and sales pitches to potential clients. • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and customer service, to align business development efforts with company objectives and customer requirements. • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
