Field Service Technician
Smart Care
• Service and support commercial customer accounts in the field • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems • Work on supermarket and food-processing equipment including: Scales, Meat wrapping and labeling machines, Beverage systems, Related commercial food equipment • Perform equipment installations and upgrades as needed • Document service work and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Job Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Prior experience servicing commercial or industrial equipment preferred
- Basic electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in customer environments
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
- Electronics background (servos, motors, CPUs, PLCs, or programming) Nice to Have
- Experience installing or repairing beverage machines
- Prior OEM or technical training programs (such as Hobart or similar platforms)
