You’ll create product launch videos, social media content, short-form videos that bring OpenArt’s product to life, showcasing features in ways that genuinely excite and connect with users. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and content teams, while staying closely aligned with product and design to stay on top of new releases. You’ll help direct and produce product launch videos in-house combining sharp storytelling, motion, and visual craft to make every feature feel alive and meaningful. If you love blending storytelling, design, and AI creativity to make people say “wow,” this is your chance to make a real impact. ✨ What You’ll Do - Create short, high-quality social videos and product demos. - Direct and produce product launch and educational videos. - Concept, script, and deliver impactful launch videos that combine strong storytelling, motion, and AI-generated visuals. - Produce visually polished educational content that highlights new features, creative workflows, and user benefits, optimized for reach and engagement across social platforms. - Generate and integrate AI visuals into your content. Use AI image and video tools to create custom assets and blend them seamlessly into your content to elevate the storytelling. - Collaborate with product and design teams. Stay up to date on product updates and launches, and translate complex features into clear, inspiring, and visually-driven content. - Develop campaign and launch assets. Work with marketing to plan, storyboard, and edit promotional content that amplifies OpenArt’s voice and creative identity. - Continuously evolve our visual storytelling. Explore new trends, formats, and creative approaches that push how OpenArt shows up visually across all channels. - Content strategy development Adapt content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, X(formerlyTwitter), TikTok) to maximize engagement. Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant topics into content strategy. 🔎 What We’re Looking For Hard Skills - A portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, motion design, and campaign or launch content. - Proficiency in video editing and motion design tools, e.g. After Effects, Premiere/FinalCutPro/Davinci Resolve (+Fusion), CapCut, etc. - Proficiency with AI generation tools like OpenArt or other similar tools. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), Affinity Photo or Canva. - Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and rhythm in video storytelling. - Experience producing or art-directing product or brand launch videos, including working with external creative collaborators. - Ability to translate technical features into compelling creative stories. - Fluent English speaker. • Build and maintain marketing attribution systems (UTM tracking, user journey, conversion mapping) • Implement and manage 1st-party data passback to ad platforms (e.g., conversions, revenue, LTV signals) • Configure and maintain tracking infrastructure: - GTM (client + server-side) - Google Ads (Enhanced Conversions) - Meta Pixel + Conversions API - LinkedIn, TikTok, and other ad platforms • Set up and maintain conversion events and schemas across platforms • Ensure consistent event definitions and naming across product, CRM, and ad platforms • Build and manage audience sync pipelines • Integrate CRM and warehouse data into ad platforms for optimization (offline conversions, lead stages, revenue) • Operationalize new marketing experiments (UTMs, tracking parameters, campaign setup) • Debug and resolve tracking and attribution discrepancies across systems (e.g., Ads vs CRM vs warehouse) • Build and validate marketing and pipeline dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency • Implement privacy-safe tracking practices (Consent Mode, CMP integrations) • Partner closely with growth, product, and data teams to ensure measurement supports decision-making

• Own the entire data foundation of a fast-scaling AI company — from raw data to executive metrics. • Build from 0 → 1 — define the architecture that powers product, finance, and company-wide decision making. • High visibility and impact — your work directly informs leadership, product direction, and company strategy. • Help define how data supports AI systems, agents, and long-term intelligence. • Design and build core data pipelines (e.g., product events, payments, internal systems → BigQuery) • Define and maintain the data warehouse architecture, including schema design, data modeling, and table structure • Establish and own the single source of truth (SOT) for product and business metrics • Build and maintain core data models (user, subscription, revenue, engagement, etc.) • Ensure data consistency across systems (product analytics, billing, internal tools) • Lead data reconciliation efforts (e.g., Stripe vs internal systems vs reporting) • Implement data quality checks, validation, and monitoring systems • Build reliable reporting layers used by leadership and finance (not ad hoc dashboards) • Establish data standards and contracts (event naming, schema governance, tracking consistency) • Partner with engineering to improve instrumentation and data correctness at source • Support downstream teams (analytics, DS) by providing clean, well-documented datasets • Continuously improve data reliability, performance, and cost efficiency

• You'll be Pebble's first game designer, responsible for defining how an AI-powered world actually feels to play. • Designing the exploration systems, pacing, and progression mechanics that make kids want to come back, not through dark patterns, but through genuine curiosity and a deepening relationship with an AI companion character. • Working at the intersection of game design, child development, and generative AI, building design frameworks from scratch in a Godot 4 environment where the content is procedural and the interactions are voice-driven.

• Manage AWS-native services (AWS EC2, EKS, MSK, Lambda, Aurora etc.) and hybrid cloud environments, ensuring high availability for IoT backend systems handling cross-regional data flows. • Optimize Kubernetes clusters and edge computing infrastructure for real-time IoT telemetry and predictive maintenance use cases. • Design CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI, integrating automated testing and deployment for global teams. • Develop Python/Shell scripts for IoT data validation, log analysis, and cross-region backup solutions. • Implement data encryption (TLS) and RBAC policies, ensuring GDPR and USA's Cybersecurity Law compliance. • Conduct security audits for IoT device management systems and API gateways. • Coordinate with China-based engineering and business teams to align infrastructure with regional requirements.
