• Manage AWS-native services (AWS EC2, EKS, MSK, Lambda, Aurora etc.) and hybrid cloud environments, ensuring high availability for IoT backend systems handling cross-regional data flows. • Optimize Kubernetes clusters and edge computing infrastructure for real-time IoT telemetry and predictive maintenance use cases. • Design CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI, integrating automated testing and deployment for global teams. • Develop Python/Shell scripts for IoT data validation, log analysis, and cross-region backup solutions. • Implement data encryption (TLS) and RBAC policies, ensuring GDPR and USA's Cybersecurity Law compliance. • Conduct security audits for IoT device management systems and API gateways. • Coordinate with China-based engineering and business teams to align infrastructure with regional requirements.

• Responsible for commissioning, maintaining and providing emergency support on power electronics at customers’ sites within their respective regional coverage area. • Render technical on-site and phone assistance to customers • Perform general and preventive maintenance on Uninterruptable Power Supply systems. • Provide analysis, troubleshooting recommendations, and escalated technical support. • Respond to emergency calls at customer’s request • Strive to provide all customers a 'first time fix' for their equipment • Provide accurate and timely communication to internal and external customers • Keep current on Safety Field Change Notices and Service Tips • Provide accurate and timely reporting of expense reports, Field Service Reports etc.
