Role Description In this role, the VDC Technology Field Manager will be a detail-oriented and highly motivated Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) manager who primarily supports our most complex projects by delivering innovative technology insights to the field and guidance to field teams on the capture of field data, creation of rich BIM assets, and analysis to deliver value to the field from Hexagon Multivista’s services and technology. A collaborative mindset and technical expertise will be foundational to the role to support cross-company services to both internal and external stakeholders. This position collaborates closely with other teams to assess, review, and deploy our services to the construction field on our cloud platforms, ensuring all hardware and software requests meet standards for functionality, compatibility, and security. This is a remote position with 100% travel to work on-site on high-profile projects. Ideal for candidates in Reno, NV or living on the west coast. What You Get to Do - Customer Communication and Collaboration: - Oversee the day-to-day site activities to ensure that Hexagon Multivista’s activities in data capture, BIM creation, and analytics are well coordinated with the client and ongoing field activities. - Facilitate and lead customer engagement, communications, and interactions to understand project requirements and provide ongoing support. - Drive success through collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure KPIs are met and alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Data Capture, BIM Management and Analytics: - Act as the conduit between the customer and Multivista’s deployed field capture teams to ensure data capture in alignment with downstream uses in BIM creation and construction analytics are met. - Oversee and perform BIM classification steps and schedule ingestion during onboarding and for every BIM/schedule update. - Ensure that all BIM data is properly classified and meets project-specific requirements. - Facilitate the translation of BIM needs on the project back to Hexagon Multivista’s create teams who author content and customer success team who performs progress reporting and deviation analysis. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Engineering or related degree. - Located on the West Coast of the United States or willing to relocate with up to 100% travel. - 10+ years supporting and implementing Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) processes and software across projects. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. - Strong understanding of BIM workflows and classification processes in the field of building construction. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. - Mastery of BIM and VDC tools, software and platforms, primarily in Revit and Navisworks, as well as reality capture practices such as 360 photos and LIDAR scanning. • Lead the management of incidents from identification through resolution, ensuring timely service restoration • Orchestrate incident bridges and coordinate multiple technical teams and service partners during active incidents • Own communication to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle using defined communication plans • Ensure incident priorities, impacts, and escalations are assessed accurately and consistently • Drive post incident reviews, documenting root causes, actions taken, and improvement opportunities • Partner with Problem Management to trigger deeper root cause analysis when required • Monitor incident trends and metrics to identify recurring issues and opportunities for service improvement • Maintain compliance with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and continuously improve incident management execution

• Manage client engagements and day-to-day client relationships • Identify opportunities to identify viable, mutually beneficial healthcare delivery partnering between the departments • Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare planning, including facility master planning and/or ambulatory network design • Execute and oversee client deliverables, including synthesizing the strategic, financial, and operational implications of healthcare planning and analyses • Provide benchmarking insights into a wide range of payer, provider, or health system analytics including financial analysis, clinical performance, and operational efficiency • Synthesize complex healthcare concepts and build a credible roadmap for healthcare delivery and/or infrastructure partnerships through understanding of stakeholder needs • Regularly present findings and recommendations to senior clients, effectively communicating strategies and planning implications through verbal and written deliverables • Proactively identify and assess commercial, MHS, and VA healthcare industry trends that can be utilized in client delivery • Oversee, mentor, and develop more junior colleagues • Collaborate with peers and executive leadership to create and model a positive, high-performing culture

• Own and be accountable for regional quality performance, compliance risk, and operational readiness across all LATAM sites. • Serve as the primary regional point of accountability for major quality events, regulatory interactions, and business-impacting quality risks. • Exercise appropriate quality authority, including the ability to stop production, place product on hold, or delay release when quality or compliance risks are identified. • Lead regional response to critical quality incidents, including recalls, regulatory enforcement actions, and supply continuity risks. • Lead deployment of Global Quality initiatives, standards, and transformation programs across LATAM. • Contribute to Global Quality strategy development by bringing forward regional insights, risks, and improvement opportunities from LATAM operations. • Ensure alignment of regional quality practices with global quality standards and organizational objectives. • Drive a Quality culture focused on compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. • Provide leadership and support to regional quality teams and site quality leaders.
