Job Description

Internship HR & People Operations

TEACHY Upskilling

• You take responsibility across the entire HR, tutor, and People Operations area — from first contact with applicants to the structured support of our tutors. • You support the recruiting process for our tutors: screening, pre-selection, scheduling, and communication with applicants. • You conduct selection interviews in one-on-one and group formats. • You assist with onboarding and guide new tutors into their roles in a structured way. • You are the point of contact for tutors' organizational questions. • You contribute to tutor marketing — especially job postings and candidate outreach on relevant platforms. • You prepare contracts, certificates, and references based on our templates. • You support matchmaking between tutors and students — considering profile, subject expertise, and personality. • You work on our automation and digitization projects — from process optimization and tool usage to reporting. • You bring your perspective to our team meetings — proactive input is explicitly desired, not merely tolerated.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program for the entire duration of the internship (mandatory or voluntary internship)
  • German at C2 level — you communicate clearly, precisely, and appropriately for the audience
  • Demonstrated interest in HR, People, and organizational topics — for both the communicative and analytical aspects
  • Reliability and attention to detail: what you take on is delivered back cleanly, on time, and traceably
  • Willingness to learn and energy: you want to understand, not just complete tasks
  • Integrity and a clear head: you raise issues, own your actions, and do the right thing even when no one is watching.

Benefits

  • Real responsibility from day one. No shadowing or token tasks — you will be part of the operational team and contribute visible results.
  • Insight into the entire company. You will see how HR, operations, and business interact — and how decisions are actually made here.
  • Direct collaboration with management. Flat hierarchies are a reality for us, not just a buzzword. Your ideas will be heard — and ideally implemented.
  • 100% home office and flexible working hours. Easy to combine with studies and daily life.
  • Structured feedback and modern tools. You will build a solid practical profile that goes beyond a typical internship placement.
  • Qualified employment reference and access to our TEACHY Tutor Trainings (value: CHF 1,900) upon successful collaboration.
