Technical Enablement Specialist
DISCO
• Delivers external training to customer groups via face to face and virtual environments, on core product functionality. • Collaborates on the development of relevant courseware materials based on customer needs and gaps in training content. • Acquires expertise in all DISCO offerings. • Contributes to the strategic integration and optimal daily operation of the learning management software for all training content.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in eDiscovery, legal review, and legal technology
- Working knowledge of standard industry tools, such as: DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw, Axcelerate, iConnect, etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills presenting to a wide range of audiences, such as: senior level attorneys, litigation support specialists, technologists, and executives
- Ability to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels with a collaborative approach.
- 1+ years experience utilizing the DISCO suite of technologies preferred
- 1+ years experience delivering training in a professional learning environment preferred
