Campaign Coordinator
Right Hook Digital
• Facilitate **daily team huddles.** • **Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery** — from brief to launch — ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. • Act as the **primary information hub** — capturing client requests, joining calls, cascading updates, and ensuring follow-through until completion. • Manage campaign calendars, approvals, and workflows across multiple channels. • Proactively identify roadblocks and solve them before they become bottlenecks. • Participate in department meetings, workshops, and 1:1 coaching sessions. • Continuously look for ways to **raise the bar** for campaign delivery.
Job Requirements
- Flexible to work in sync with **AUSTRALIA time zones.**
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently.
- Open to feedback and motivated to keep improving.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
- Experience with **ClickUp (or similar), G-Suite, Meta Business Manager, Shopify**.
- Solid background in **Campaign or Project Management and Client-Facing Communications**.
- Intermediate understanding of **eCommerce advertising & multi-channel marketing (Meta, Google, Email, TikTok)**.
- Bonus:* Experience with **Scrum-Sprint or agile workflows.**
- Prior experience in a **remote team or agency environment**.
- Reliable, fast internet with backup.
