• Design and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Sales Cloud (case management, omni-channel, entitlements/SLAs, knowledge, CTI, service processes, sales processes, lead-to-cash) • Implement high-quality Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations using platform APIs and best practices • Configure declarative capabilities (Flows, Omni-Channel, Digital Engagement, Knowledge, Entitlements, Lead/Opportunity Management, Forecasting, Territory Management) • Build scalable data models and sharing strategies, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability • Design and implement integrations (REST, Platform Events, MuleSoft/ESB, External Services) and data synchronization strategies • Collaborate on data quality, deduplication, and migration initiatives (Apex, Data Loader, APIs) • Deliver via source-driven development (Git), scratch orgs, and automated pipelines • Write robust unit and integration tests with meaningful assertions; maintain high coverage for new/changed code • Perform code reviews, troubleshooting complex defects, and optimize performance
Job Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience, focused on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Expertise in Apex (triggers, queueable, batch), Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and platform security/sharing
- Strong experience building Flows and using declarative automation alongside code
- Demonstrated ability designing scalable solutions that respect governor limits and follow enterprise patterns
- Solid understanding of data model design, role hierarchies, sharing rules, FLS, permission sets, and transaction control
- Integration experience with REST APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (MuleSoft) and handling callouts securely
- Proficiency with Git-based workflows and CI/CD for Salesforce (Azure DevOps/GitHub pipelines, sf CLI)
- Strong testing discipline: test data factories, mocking, isolation, and meaningful assertions.
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (required) and II (strongly preferred)
