Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for a repeat client. This is a performance-driven role focused on strategy, execution, and continuous optimisation of paid social campaigns. - Plan, build, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns - Develop and execute performance-driven paid social strategies - Continuously monitor, optimize, and improve campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS) - Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad placements - Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI - Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations based on campaign data - Collaborate with internal stakeholders on marketing direction and campaign goals - Ensure ads comply with Meta advertising policies and best practices - Stay updated with Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and new features Qualifications - Proven experience as a Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Specialist - Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating campaign performance - Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization - Should have CAPI experience (Server conversions not just pixel) - Experience in lead generation and/or direct response campaigns - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data - Excellent communication and reporting skills Requirements - Must have proven Meta platform experience, up-to-date with changes, portfolios/case studies required - Ability to manage budgets and optimize for performance outcomes Work Arrangement & Expectations - This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement - Successful candidates will be expected to disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work - Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)
