Graphic & UI/UX Designer

Role Description We are looking for a multi-disciplinary designer with strong capabilities across brand, visual communication, and UI/UX design to work closely with our marketing team on strategic product and brand initiatives. - Strategic Design Execution: Design decks, presentations, and strategic communication materials across TOTM Labs and associated ventures while maintaining strong visual consistency and quality. - Brand Development: Create and evolve brand identities, visual systems, and scalable creative frameworks across multiple ventures and initiatives. - UI/UX Design: Lead UI/UX design for websites, landing pages, dashboards, digital products, and responsive user experiences. - Product & Interface Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, responsive interfaces, and design systems with strong attention to usability and scalability. - Technical & Visual Storytelling: Translate technical and business concepts into clear, engaging, and visually compelling narratives. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, UI, Brand Design, or related fields. - At least 2 years of experience working with technology-driven or emerging technology companies (AI, blockchain, fintech, SaaS, etc.). - Strong portfolio across UI/UX, product design, responsive web experiences, dashboards, landing pages, and digital platforms. - Experience creating and evolving brand identities, visual systems, presentations, and strategic communication materials across multiple initiatives. - Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong understanding of wireframing, prototyping, design systems, responsive design principles, and developer handoff processes. - Ability to translate technical and business concepts into clear, engaging, and visually compelling narratives across both digital products and communication materials. - Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted creative and productivity tools within modern design workflows. - Ability to navigate structured feedback loops, efficiently receive and action stakeholder comments, and manage tight revision cycles without compromising design quality. - Comfortable operating across both fast-moving startup environments and more corporate or institutional initiatives. - Proactive, hands-on approach, strong ownership mentality, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently while maintaining high attention to detail. - Strong systems-oriented design approach with the ability to build scalable templates, reusable components, and consistent visual frameworks across products and brands. Requirements - Motion graphics or animation experience. - Experience supporting fundraising, launches, or founder-led initiatives. - Exposure to Web3, AI, fintech, or infrastructure products.
